Thanks again for the terrific service today. I appreciate your competitiveness in an active market sector. I have been able to start charging all of the Bluetooth headsets. However, there is one DOA charger. The headset unit seems to work OK, but the charger won’t work with multiple headsets on multiple electrical sockets. How do you want to proceed? Will we simply send each other a charger? This seems the simplest & least expensive for each of us. I have yet to test the headsets, so it may be good caution to wait until that time before we actually send anything. I wanted to let you know about things as they occurred. A Thank You to Your Staff I would like to thank everyone involved in my purchase of printer ink, Order # xxxxx. The wrong ink was shipped initially. My initial call received a prompt, professional and courteous response from Shawn. I have now received the correct ink and it seems to work fine in my machine. It is easy for a company to deal with the sales that go perfectly but much more difficult to deal with any problems that can arise. I was very impressed with the reaction I received from the staff at absolute toner especially Shawn (905-326-2790). This will be reflected in the feedback I will provide. What should I do with the original ink shipment of which I opened a few of the cartridges in an attempt to get them working? Dear Sirs, I just wanted to take a little of you time and thank you for your fine product. I just refilled my first cartridge [HP36A] and it came out Great!. Everything from the hole making tool to the replacing of the toner was a breeze. A little messy, but it was first time and I'm sure I'll do better from now on.
